Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Sajmon to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the bot.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of Sajmon after any changes to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

2. Description of Service

Sajmon is a Discord bot that provides various features including moderation, economy, fun commands, and utility functions. The service is provided as-is with no guarantees of uptime or availability.

We strive to ensure that Sajmon is available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The bot may be unavailable during maintenance periods or due to technical issues beyond our control.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use Sajmon for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms. This includes but is not limited to:

• Using the bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the bot
• Using the bot to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the bot's systems
• Using the bot to distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Using the bot to engage in illegal activities
• Attempting to disrupt or degrade the performance of the bot
• Using the bot to spam or flood Discord channels

We reserve the right to remove Sajmon from any server that violates these terms or to restrict access to certain features.

4. Intellectual Property

All content related to Sajmon, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Sajmon's developers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our bot, except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the bot according to these Terms.

The Sajmon name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Sajmon's developers. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of the developers.

5. User Content

Certain features of Sajmon may allow users to submit content, such as text commands, images, or other materials. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content.

By submitting content through Sajmon, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing the service.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the content you submit, and that such content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

6. Limitations of Liability

The developers of Sajmon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service
• Errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sajmon's developers, their affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Czech Republic. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Sajmon immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
